  • Step 1 – Write Your Script


    Great videos start with a great script and this phase is often the most difficult for many aspiring movie makers. It is however a great opportunity to distill the key messages about your product or service without any of the “guff” that often clutters your message.

    Generally speaking, we recommend that your finished video is no longer than 2 minutes, with the ideal length being 90 seconds. “Words wise” – a 90 second video will have a script of 250-260 words. Not many to describe a product or service! The key to great script writing is writing down the key messages you want to communicate and end with a call to action – a statement that tells the watcher exactly what you want them to do.

    If you are struggling with writing your script, then use one of our script writers! They are pros who know exactly how to articulate the key messages and make your script shine. If you use one of our script writers, allow 3-4 business days to turn your script around.

  • Step 2 – Create the Story Board

    A story board is the visual map that shows what will be happening on the screen as we are guided by the audio narrative. This is where the characters and settings are conceptualized and where you really get to see the value of creative people. As the saying goes, a picture tells a thousand words. Moving pictures though, combined with clever animation, can add even more impact to your message.

    Generally speaking, allow 7 working days for our creative team to complete their story board concept for you.

  • Step 3 – Record Audio

    Once the story board and script are finalized, it’s time to record the script. A professional voice artist is highly recommended because it adds a professional touch to your video that is hard to quantify. No matter how good what you see is, if the narrator doesn’t nail it with their energy and sound, your video will lack the polish and impact that it could otherwise have.

  • Step 4 – Animate!

    Once the audio is done and the story board is approved, it’s time to fire up the animation studio and start recording. Depending on what style of video you have chosen, this phase can take between 10 and 14 days to turn around (high speed sketches are generally faster). Then it is just a case of how many changes or tweaks are required.
  • Step 5 – Publish

    Once the animation is done and you are happy with your video, it’s time to get it out there! You can add it to your website, post it to YouTube and start using it to boost sales and drive more traffic to your website.

    This is where you will start to see the true power of well produced video and start banking sales to cover the cost of your investment many times over.
